Your tasks:
You are jointly responsible for the organization, design and control of the care process.
You are familiar with the development of care quality.
You accompany and care for people with deficits in the areas of consciousness, communication, behavior and emotions as well as mobility and activity through activating and resource-oriented care.
You implement the ward care concept independently and responsibly in your daily work with our patients, support their further development and participate in therapy planning.
Your profile:
State recognition as a nursing specialist, geriatric nurse or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) is not mandatory
Enjoyment of empathetic, relationship- and resource-oriented work as well as the ability to be an appreciative and friendly person Establish contact with patients
High commitment, strong ability to work in a team, high social skills, resilience and flexibility when working in alternating shifts
Commitment to implementing organizational structures and processes and goal-oriented collaboration with all professional groups
Evidence of sufficient immune protection against measles
